Republican congressional candidate Mariannette Miller-Meeks recycled an image from her last, unsuccessful battle against Rep. Dave Loebsack.

Miller-Meeks reminded the audience at the Iowa State Fair "Soap Box" that she's a Doctor and former Iowa Department of Health director, and can fix the health care system.  The 2nd district GOP candidate said that she won't be "napping at the health care hearings" like incumber Dave Loebsack did.

Images of Loebsack asleep during congressional hearings in Washington were front and center two years ago in Loebsack's last re-election challenge.

The audience at the Iowa State Fair for Miller-Meeks was sparse, and wasn't helped by the rain which had tampered attendance throughout the day at the fair.
