(Benghazi, Libya)  --  A foreign ministry building in Libya's second largest city is severely damaged, after a powerful explosion.  Witnesses said today's blast in Benghazi appeared to have been caused by a car bomb.  The incident occurred exactly one year after an attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, which left four Americans dead.
