The Goldwater Institute has proposed model legislation and is recommending its passage by state legislatures across the nation. The legislation is meant to protect free speech on campuses by preventing colleges from making it impossible for conservative speakers (such as Ann Coulter) from speaking.
The main opposition to the bill comes from....wait for it...COLLEGES.
