Police arrest teen wanted in Des Moines area robberies

(Des Moines, Iowa)  Police in Des Moines have arrested a teen wanted in robberies in Johnston and Des Moines.    Police took 17-year-old James Henderson into custody around 1:00 a.m. at the Motel 6 on Fleur Drive.

Police say he was wanted on four robbery warrants out of Des Moines and one robbery warrant out of Des Moines.  He is also facing a kidnapping charge. 

Henderson is a minor, but the charges he faces are forcible felonies which will be waived to adult court.

(Johnston, Iowa)  Johnston Police are looking for a teen wanted in connection with multiple robbery cases in Johnston and Des Moines. 

Authorities are looking for 17 year old James Casterlando Henderson.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to one thousand dollars in the case.
