(DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA) The Iowa State Patrol is beginning the year with this Facebook post, showing a 101 mile per hour reading caught on a trooper's radar.
The trooper was passed by a speeding driver on I-80 in Dallas County on New Year's Day.
The District 1 office also posted the message "Don't rush into 2018."
