Own A Snuggie? You May Be Eligible For A Refund

You bought one.  Admit it.  And you did the same thing that I did.

You laughed when the commercials first appeared.  You made fun of it with your friends.  Then the commercials played relentlessly.  When you were alone, you gave it serious thought.

Then Snuggies appeared with designs.  SOLD!

Allstar Marketing Group has agreed to pay more than $7.2 million to consumers after being sued by the Federal Trade Commission over alleged false advertising related to their "buy one, get one free" deals.  The FTC says the group did not disclose the extra fees associated with the offers.

Checks to 218,000 consumers, which could total around $33, will be mailed out this week.

Of course, if you got one for Christmas (and if you didn't buy one,  you probably RECEIVED one for Christmas), you don't get the refund.
