(DES MOINES, Iowa) Des Moines Police were called to a shooting on the city's southeast side this (Friday) morning.
Officers were called to the Hy-Vee Gas station on Army Post Road shortly after 11 a.m.
Shell casings were found at the scene. Police say they do not believe this was a random act, but that those involved know each other.
It's a busy area, there were several witnesses who heard the gunfire and saw the suspects. Detectives are also checking out footage from surveillance cameras on nearby businesses.
There are no reports of injuries.
