ESTHERVILLE, Iowa- Investigators are looking into the death of an 11-month old girl in Estherville. Jasmine Rodriguez Sabastian was taken to a local hospital the afternoon of June 4th, then transferred to a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital, where she child died Wednesday, June 6th.
The Estherville Police Department, along with Emmet County Sheriff's Office, Department of Human Services, and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are looking into the circumstances surrounding the child's death.
