The West Des Moines Police Department arrested two in connection with a skimmer device that was found on an ATM there.
40 year old Evaldo Da Silva and 26 year old Jamily Sousa are facing several charges, including On Going Criminal Conduct, Identity Theft, Forgery and Credit Card Fraud.
In the days after locating this device, their department received reports from over 30 victims in relation to having their bank accounts and credit cards compromised.
No address was given for either Da Silva or Sousa, and the investigation is ongoing.
