COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa- The Iowa State Patrol pulled over a young driver this (Tuesday) morning, going almost twice the legal limit on Interstate 29 in western Iowa.
The patrol posted about the traffic stop on its Facebook account, stating a trooper pulled over a young and inexperienced driver, going 129 miles per hour north of Council Bluffs.
The driver told the trooper he was "testing" his car out.
