CLIVE, Iowa- An Ankeny man has won a large lottery prize for a second time.
Fifty-four-year-old Gary West just won a $250,000 prize in an "Aces High" scratch game ticket he bought last Friday.
Twelve years ago, he won another big prize, 100-thousand dollars, playing a scratch game.
West says the toughest part was waiting for the weekend to end, so he could claim his prize at lottery headquarters, saying he was on "pins and needles" all weekend.
West says he plans to buy a new car with part of his winnings.
