MASON CITY, Iowa- A woman riding on a motorcycle was killed in a crash Friday night in Mason City. Police say 36-year-old Shawn True was a passenger on a motorcycle operated by 40-year-old Brandon Kellar of Mason City. Police say the motorcycle hit the rear of a car last night at 11 p.m. in the intersection of 15th Street and S. Pennsylvania.
Police say True died at the scene. Kellar was injured and taken to Mercy Hospital in Mason City. The drive of the car, 48-year-old Amy Legler of Mason City was not injured.
