DES MOINES -- The man charged with sexually abusing a 13 year old boy last June is out of jail.
23 year old Kevin Antonio Johnson is charged with third degree sexual abuse. Court documents accuse him of performing oral sex on a boy as the child slept on a couch at an acquaintance's apartment. The boy said he woke up and couldn't stop Johnson.
Johnson was arrested October 19th and received a pre-trial release Tuesday.
