POLK COUNTY, Iowa – A Polk County Sheriff's Deputy's vehicle was t-boned in an intersection near Bondurant this (Friday) morning.
Police say the crash happened this morning at 6:45 am at the intersection of Northwest 94th Avenue and Northeast 38th Street. .
The deputy was driving westbound on 94th while the other vehicle was heading northbound on 38th.
WHO Channel 13 reports both drivers had minor injuries following the crash and were taken to the hospital.
No names have been released and charges are pending against that driver who failed to stop.
