Dog food recall, could kill dogs FDA RECALL LIST HERE


WASHNINGTON, D.C. - At least 11 brands of dog food are being recalled by the Food and Drug Administration because of toxic levels of Vitamin D, more than 70 times what is considered safe.

The recall warns of potentially serious health effects for dogs, including kidney failure and death.  

The list of recalled dry dog food products provided to the FDA include:

  • Nutrisca
  • Natural Life Pet Products
  • Sunshine Mills, Inc.
  • ANF, Inc.
  • Lidl (Orlando brand)
  • Kroger 
  • ELM Pet Foods, Inc.
  • Ahold Delhaize - Nature's Promise and Nature's Place

The recalled products were sold nationwide.  More brands may be added to the recall list.
