The Waukee School Board, already under fire after a state auditor's special report found over $100,000 in questionable spending, is having a closed meeting Friday.
The Board already has placed their Chief Operating Officer, Eric Rose, on paid administrative leave after the audit report was released.
In the notice for the special meeting at 5:30pm, the board says the meeting will be closed:
To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge
The agenda for the closed meeting says it will take place at 5:30pm at the Waukee District Office Board Room at 560 Southeast University Avenue in Waukee.
