DES MOINES, Iowa - The National Weather Service updated maps sent to Emergency Management officials at 4:00 a.m. Wednesday with revised warnings and advisories.
Winter Storm Warning includes the Des Moines Metro, Davenport and Quad Cities, Ames, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and Dubuque metros. A Quad Cities specific map is below.
Winter Weather Advisory includes the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro, and most of Southwestern Iowa, as well as a few other areas in far Southeastern Iowa and on the northern boundary of the storm warning.
The maps also look ahead to Thursday, with bitter cold wind chills and blowing snow.
