DES MOINES, Iowa - A former Des Moines area talk show host is accused of stealing $1-point-five million dollars from investors as a sports ticket broker.
Police say fifty-nine-year-old Marty Tirrell told investors he'd buy tickets to sporting events and then re-sell them at a profit, but didn't.
Tirrell's charged in federal court.
Tirrell is a former radio sports host on KGBB and KXNO radio stations in Des Moines.
