Traffic Cam ban passes Senate Committee. Will it become law this time?

Another attempt to ban automated traffic cameras has passed out of a Senate Committee in a bipartisan 9-5 vote which included two Republicans saying no and one Democrat saying yes. It will now go to the Senate floor and it is expected to pass.

Now all eyes are on the House.

Last year it passed the Senate, but not the House.

Previously it passed the House, but wasn't discussed under a Democrat controlled Senate.

The Governor has said on my sow that if it reaches her desk, she is likely to sign it.

So what do you think? will the ban become law this time?
