The Libertarian Party Vice-Presidential candidate in 2016 is a Republican again and formally announced that he's running for President and the 2020 nomination of the GOP - launching a primary challenge to President Trump.
The former Massachusetts Governor released a video to announce his run in which he said "It is time to return to the principles of Lincoln – equality, dignity, and opportunity for all."
