Yankee Doodle Drive Against Hunger

Michelle Book of The Food Bank and Brad Waller of Hy-Vee stopped into the WHO Radio studio to talk to Van & Bonnie about the Yankee Doodle Drive Against Hunger. The Yankee Doodle Drive Against Hunger is underway at your Des Moines are Hy-Vee stores and Bank of the West locations. It's all part of the Yankee Doodle Pops Concert from the Des Moines Symphony. It's a food drive to benefit the Food Bank of Iowa. You can bring your canned food items to the concert on July 3rd on the Capitol steps, or you can drop your food items at the Bank of the West location or just purchase items at Hy-Vee and put them in the marked carts.
