I'll say it again: I am a sucker for a good viral marketing campaign. Especially if it is for food. Hence the following story:
It's a hot economy and there are plenty of jobs out there. Perhaps you are taking advantage of this period to look for your dream job. Good news: someone is going to get paid to eat bacon. Bad news: it is only for one day.
The California burger chain "Farmer Boys" is hiring a bacon intern to eat items from the bacon menu and judge them on certain criteria.
The internship will be based in Southern California. Those interested need to post a photo or video on their Instagram page @FarmerBoysFoods saying why they want to be a bacon intern. Don't forget to use the hashtag "FarmerBoysBaconIntern". The deadline to apply is August 20th.
It IS only for one day but YOU do get a thousand bucks to do it. Heck, I am going to be paying someone for bacon almost everyday at the Iowa State Fair!!!!!
