CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A man allegedly involved in the death of a Cedar Rapids man last year has pleaded guilty to a federal drug-related charge.
31 year old Andy Shaw of Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possessing a rifle and a shotgun while using drugs.
Court documents allege Shaw played a role in the death of Chris Bagley in late 2018.
The 31 year old disappeared in December and his body was found buried in the yard of a home in southeast Cedar Rapids in March.
Shaw faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
