I recently did an interview with a guest who supplies programmers for high-tech manufacturing jobs in the gas and oil industry. He told me there was a shortage of people to fill the jobs in his industry, which pay over 70-thousand dollars to start and can quickly turn into a six-figure job for employees. For a couple of weeks after that interview, I was inundated with requests for his contact information!!!
