Minneapolis has banned drive-thru windows for banks, ATM's, pharmacies, coffee businesses, fast food restaurants, etc. They tried to do it once before, but it did not pass. However, this time they allowed for those businesses that already have drive-thru windows to keep them, but no new businesses will be allowed to have them.
