OGDEN, Iowa - There's nothing left of the downtown Ogden grocery store. Flames were reported fifty feet into the air as the Ogden Mart was consumed by the fire, most of the walls of the building collapsing at the end, leaving only the skeletal front facade as firefighters brought the fire under control.
WHO-TV 13 Reporter Roger Riley says the first reports of the fire came in about 8:00 Saturday night, but firefighters were on the scene late into the night.
Ogden is located about 30 miles west of Ames in Central Iowa.
No one is reported hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Photos from WHO-TV 13.
