DES MOINES, Iowa - Drake University's Knapp Center filled up well before President Donald Trump's rally last night.
Seventy-two hundred people were in their seats two hours after the doors opened up at 3 pm.
In addition, People gathered to watch outside in sub freezing weather on a jumbo-tron.
A group of protesters also gathered outside.
Governor Kim Reynolds and Vice President Mike Pence joined the president to address the audience.
At the rally, Trump said Iowans are going to need bigger tractors and more land after approval of the USMCA, China, and Japan deals.
He said he "works so hard" for the Hawkeye state and he's going to win Iowa in a "historic landslide," or else Iowa farms "are going to hell."
Trump's stop comes days before Monday's state caucuses. The rally ended at 8:30.
