URBANDALE, Iowa - A man is charged with third-degree kidnapping after authorities say he stalked and kidnapped a 17-year old girl he was dating.
It happened Friday at Urbandale High School. Police say 20-year-old Raul Hernandez grabbed the girl and forced her into his car after she tried to get away from him.
Hernandez is being held at Polk County Jail on a fifty-thousand-dollar bond.
