FREMONT COUNTY, Iowa- A southwest Iowa man was killed in a crash shortly before 11:30 this (Monday), east of the Fremont County town of Randolph.
The Iowa State Patrol says 34-year-old Justin Evans of Randolph was driving a Toyota Camry in the 2900 block of 120th Street, east of Randolph when he crossed the center line and hit a semi, driven by 42-year-old Trevor Whipple of Northboro, Iowa.
