OMAHA, Nebraska - Ten people remain at UNMC/Nebraska Medical Center from the Diamond Princess Cruise ship. One is being treated in the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit and nine remain in the National Quarantine Unit.
One person was released from quarantine Tuesday.
The testing regimen continues for the 10 remaining guests, with the possibility of more departures later this week.
UNMC/Nebraska Medicine says Nebraskans should prepare for the spread of COVID-19. Maintain a few weeks supply of food, medication and other necessary items in case it’s necessary to stay home for a short period of time.
