Cedar Rapids Police say a kayaker found the body of a missing man in the Cedar River on Monday. The body was found near the Prairie Park Fishery.
Investigators identify him as 42-year old Justin Johnson, who was reported missing in November. He was last seen at the Wilson Avenue Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids.
Police say his body was covered in the same clothing he wore when he was reported missing.
They do not believe foul play is involved, however there is an ongoing investigation pending autopsy results.
