OMAHA, Nebraska - The Archdiocese of Omaha has dispensed all Catholics from the obligation to attend Mass. The Diocese of Lincoln has done the same thing.
Omaha Archbishop George Lucas said the decision was made after the state health department called for communities to limit public gatherings to laes than 250 people present.
