IOWA CITY, Iowa - An worker at the Iowa City VA Health Care System has tested positive for COVID-19.
The employee informed the VA of their diagnosis on Tuesday. The VA says the employee is now in isolation at home. Other staff who had close contact with the worker are also at home.
The VA says it'll screen staff and veterans who show symptoms of COVID-19.
Veterans who feel at risk are being asked to call the Iowa City VA at 319-338-0581.
