One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a stabbing Tuesday night in Sioux City.
KTIV-TV 4 reports Police were called to an apartment building in the Morningside Neighborhood just after 6:00 p.m. to investigate a disturbance.
When officers arrived they found two victims suffering from stab wounds. Both were transported to MercyOne Medical Center where one of the victims died. The second victim is in serious condition.
KTIV-TV 4 reports 30 year old Paul Belk of Beaufort, South Carolina was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Murder and Willful Injury
The names of the victims have not been released pending notification of family.
