DES MOINES, Iowa - Investigators are trying to figure out what caused an early morning house fire in Des Moines.
Crews were on the scene at the vacant home in the 300 block of Southeast 33rd Street just after 4 a.m.
WHO-TV reports the front porch was fully engulfed in flames, but firefighters contained it from spreading to the rest of the home.
The home is several blocks south of the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
