ADAIR COUNTY, Iowa - A passenger in a semi truck is dead after a crash on I-80 late last night in Adair County.
Fifty-two year-old Jaspel Singh of Sacramento, California was traveling eastbound just before 11:30 when he swerved off the interstate for an unknown reason and entered a ditch.
The semi then rolled. Twenty-six year-old Jagjit Sngh of Madera, California was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to state medical examiner's office.
Jaspel Singh was taken to a Des Moines Hospital in unknown condition.
The crash is still under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol
