DES MOINES, Iowa - A man's charged with attempted murder after a Tuesday night shooting left another man dead.
Twenty-year-old Lee Targblor is charged with attempted murder a connection to a shooting death of 31-year-old Paye Blawoua Tuesday night.
Police say they were called to the 12-hundred block of Prospect Road where they found Blawoua with a gunshot wound.
.He died at MercyOne Medical Center in what's now the 13th Des Moines homicide of the year.
