Authorities have identified the woman who died in a two-vehicle crash in Des Moines on Friday night.
57-year old Ricarda Hernadez Vasquez was the passenger in a Toyota that attempted to make a left turn from NW 2nd street onto NW 54th avenue.
She was transported to the hospital where she later died.
The driver of the Toyota was cited for failure to yield upon a left turn.
