DAVENPORT, Iowa - The Iowa Department of Public Safety has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 10-year-old girl in Davenport. Breasia Terrell was first reported missing on Friday, July 10.
KWQC-TV reports investigators believe 47-year-old Henry Earl Dinkins kidnapped Terrell. Dinkins is in the Scott County Jail on a sex offender registry violation charge, but is not yet charged in Terrell's disappearance.
Police are asking for public help to determine Dinkins whereabouts along with cars associated with him at the time of Terrell's disappearance.
Terrell is an African American female, age 10. She's 4 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 75 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing an oversized white tee-shirt, shorts and white or pink flip-flops.
