DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa State Patrol is competing to get a photo of its patrol car in the National Cruiser Calendar.
"Iowa's only 300 votes away from being in the top 12 and securing our spot on the calendar." Sergeant Alex Dinkla tells the iHeart Newsroom.
"This is something Iowa has never been part of." He says.
The voting ends Tuesday July 21 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
