Drivers in Iowa are going to have to continue to make an appointment to get a new driver's license.
The Iowa Department of Transportation says it will now be operating by appointment only for now on. The D-O-T says the appointment-only pilot project was launched back in March as a way to maintain social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
The D-O-T says appointments are currently booked up for the next three to four weeks, but it takes just minutes to complete your business.
