CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Police in Cedar Rapids are investigating a fatal crash along Interstate 380 and identifying the victim.
Police say the victim is 25 year-old Ricardo Martinez Hernandez of Garland, Texas. The crash happened around 3:30pm on September 24th.
Preliminary information indicates Hernandez lost control of his SUV on the interstate, struck a pole, and rolled his vehicle over into a ditch. Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say autopsy and toxicology reports are pending.
