ADAIR COUNTY, Iowa - One man is dead after crashing head-on into another vehicle yesterday afternoon in Adair County.
The Iowa State Patrol says David Passehl crossed the center line and hit a van driven by Phillip Lundy. Passehl was pronounced dead at the scene, and Lundy was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
The Iowa State Patrol is continuing an investigation into the crash.
