DES MOINES, Iowa -- The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is hosting a Halloween event for families with a chainsaw artist, comedy magician, and costume contests.
'Trick or Trees' starts Saturday October 31, at 10 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m.
Tickets are timed in three-hour intervals and people are required to wear masks inside.
Director of Marketing Kelly Reilly says this is the first ever event of its kind.
"We knew that people wanted to celebrate Halloween, and we know people want to do it safely and carefully, and what better place to do that than our six acres of outdoor garden."
Tickets can be purchased online.
