DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Supreme Court has suspended all jury trials in the state until February 1st because of COVID-19 concerns.
The postponement covers all trials that don't have a jury sworn in by next Monday.
The court says it's making the move to balance its commitment to conduct business with the need to reduce the spread of the virus.
Jury trials restarted back in September after the court initially suspended them in March when the pandemic first hit.
