CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Investigators in Cedar Rapids are identifying the victim in a fatal Monday morning shooting.
Police say 24 year-old Charles Griffin was found dead at the scene of the shooting, along with someone police are calling a "person of interest." So far, police have not released any details about the person of interest.
Police say they believe the shooting was a targeted incident.
