POLK COUNTY - Iowa , The case of a Des Moines teen accused in the death of his pregnant girlfriend will head to trial early next year.
The trial of 18 year-old Donault Logan will begin on February 22nd in Polk County Court. Logan is accused of shooting his girlfriend, 17 year-old Mia Holmes at an Ankeny hotel in August.
Police say Logan claims the shooting was an accident.
