(Des Moines, IA) -- A West Des Moines man is facing charges for allegedly creating fake insurance policies and forcing Iowans to pay non-existent premiums for the false coverage.
The Iowa Insurance Division's Fraud Bureau says 35-year-old Adam Hocking is facing charges for acting as an insurance producer without a license, fraudulent sales practices, theft, and forgery.
Hocking was released from the Polk County Jail last month after posting a 25-thousand-dollar bond.
A trial date hasn't been set.
