IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The Iowa football team is opening the 2021 season at home with a Big 10 opponent.
The Hawkeyes start the new season September 4th at Kinnick Stadium again Indiana.
Iowa and Iowa State will renew the Cy-Hawk series on the 11th in Ames.
The Hawkeyes then round out the non-conference season at home against Kent State and Colorado State on Sept. 18th and 25th.
Iowa steps back into Big 10 play at Maryland on Oct. 2--a game that's been moved from Oct. 23, which becomes an open date.
Iowa’s Homecoming contest against Purdue moves to Oct. 16. from the 30th
The Hawkeyes close the regular season at Nebraska on Nov. 26--the day after Thanksgiving.
Iowa and the Cornhuskers will play on Black Friday for the 11th straight season.
