A report from ESPN later confirmed by WHO-13 says the 2021 Triple-A baseball season is being delayed by a month, with play beginning in May.
The I-Cubs last played a game in 2019, after no minor league games were played last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Iowa will open its season on May 4th instead of April 6th this year.
